I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were in need of renovation and felt quite dark. The staff was polite and friendly, though the explanation for missing soap felt a bit off. The location was perfect for my needs, being just 5 minutes from the Balloon Museum, but there were some issues with the bathroom setup. The dining experience was surprisingly good, with a variety of delicious options available. The facilities were decent overall, despite some areas needing improvement.
The hotel room was very clean and well maintained, but the bathroom was a mess and we had to buy our own tissues due to the flu going around. The service was exceptional with staff being knowledgeable about Balloon history and providing a shuttle to the festival. The location was perfect for our needs, although there were some issues beyond their control. The dining experience was surprisingly good, offering a variety of options. Overall, a satisfying stay with a few minor drawbacks.
